Appraisal Vision Software Overview
Appraisal Vision is a state-of-the-art Computer-Assisted
Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software application that has been developed
by Vision Appraisal Technology, Inc. The software boasts an intuitive,
graphical user interface which connects natively to
a robust back-end featuring Oracle’s 9i or 10g, SQL compliant,
relational database. Given this technology, the CAMA product is
completely scalable and can accommodate any number of property accounts.
Appraisal Vision is currently installed in over
375 assessing departments located in 9 states and the District of Columbia. Hundreds of
appraisal projects have been completed using the current version
of the software.
